What Are Equity Champions?

F.E.A.R.S. Advantage™ has gotten pretty good at marketing and selling DEI-related services to organizations. We’re in the process of expanding our capacity to serve our clients with a broader range of strategic consulting, training, coaching, and speaking options.

Equity Champions stand for the advancement of equity – that is, the reduction of barriers and increase in fairness – in order to create a world where all people can live safely and thrive.

F.E.A.R.S. Advantage™ focuses specifically on the advancement of Career Equity for people inside organizations – corporations, nonprofits, and government entities – which involves establishing distinctions such as love, kindness, compassion, diversity, and inclusion as norms inside company cultures.

If that feels aligned with your mission, you’re invited to share some information about your expertise with us on the path to joining our network of Equity Champions. As an Equity Champion, we’ll bring you in to lead and participate in client projects that leverage your best work and enable you to grow in service.

To be clear, we are not a speaking agency or a referral network. For the most part, we will be seeking and securing paid opportunities, then reaching out to you as a subcontractor based on your skills, expertise, and availability.
